Organize our next seminar! We have four or five people who have expressed interest in putting on a seminar sponsored by TCW's SeminarWorks program. This opportunity would involve contacting the potential presenters, verifying their continued interest, scheduling their seminar, reserving space for the event through TCW's board secretary, advertising the event, arranging refreshments, creating handouts to include at a minimum a feedback survey to hand out at the end of the seminar, managing the RSVP list, arranging any audio-visual needs with the presenters, and being present the night of the event itself to welcome attendees, and to make sure everything goes smoothly.
